As I live in Bedford, I serve metro west Boston towns of Acton, Bedford, Burlington, Carlisle, Concord, Lexington, and Lincoln.
Once I understand the question/problem, if I feel I can help I charge a sliding hourly rate between $60 and $100. At the conclusion of the project, if the problem has been reasonably addressed, you’re free to choose between the two rates to the degree that you feel satisfied. Funds from higher rates are put towards supporting clients with less financial resources as well as offering those higher paying clients greater priority when there are time conflicts.
No payment is expected if the problem has not been reasonably addressed or if you are not satisfied.
